Absolute truth, relative dream

ego's perfect watchfulness
seeing all that is to be ...

Indigo sky haunts the mood.
Lackluster desires fill me.
Tacit understanding eludes;
Fulfilled by the eye of mind.
Depth of field cannot flood
Shallow beliefs of this realm. ...

the flush of my face
the rush of my embrace
seasons move all creation
look from you moves me to elation
the hush of this place
where stillness is shared ...

if i force myself to stay awake, is that insomnia? or just insanity?
dark corners of my thoughtlessness
state of dreaminess lays in wait
more real than the realm of illusion
smell the colors of the rainbow's mist
gentle haziness around the next bend ...

approaching the light of newness
hands extended, hearts open
fresh freedoms awaiting us
knowing hearts, born anew
the anticipation of the meeting
the quickening of the dream ...

except for the time we spend in the dreams
where thoughts are separate, or so it seems
while nothing new exists under the sun
all is new, as it is born from the one

Solace in the sojourn
Bathed in the belief
Tomorrow will rise again
Night is ever brief
Fire of your soul
Mysterious smile ...

flood of tears
many years
manic mind
won't unwind
release the fear
please hold me near ...

the moment we shared
will sustain me until the day
that the sun shines yet again
our minds were as one
spirits basking in the sun
memories of the perfect love ...

she fearlessly walks
through flames of fear
while being unafraid
to shed another tear
in mystery, she thrives
seeking answers as one ...

My heart aches for you.
My soul pangs for you.
I have known you for 10,000 lifetimes.
And yet, I don't know where you are.
Circle of desire/reach/withdrawal
We all seem to play ...

The Power of Divine
Flows through my veins.
Compassionate light to save
All women and men.
Caution and care
Cast to the Mind of God ...

Divine intervention,
Birds stand still,
Time rushes onward,
Devour each moment's fill.
If God resides within,
His Power available for use, ...

Emanating rays
Love's pure light
Soothe the soul
Set spirit to flight
Pool of life glistens
My angel is born ...

wander on, young friend
walk and talk and love
glorious heavenly ride
training angels, just for fun
last night i met my father
he smiled when he saw his son ...

visions of reality, mystical dance
connected to the oneness of the ages
time's hold withers away
beautiful dancer, new swan's wings
lovely thoughts ripple, flow, pervade
serpent slithers into darkness ...

Lily came and then was gone
Season of miracles; dawn, dusk, dawn
But, seeds of karma planted deep
Another lily will rise from sleep

I lived in wondrous bliss this day
and then a poem sprang forth.
I wrote a miraculous poem this day
and sprang forth the blossom of my love.
Reflections of the poem; wishes come to life.
Angels guide my words, gift of the divine. ...

tender waves kissed my feet
as i danced alone in the sand
rocks of ages washed up to beach
gifts from the depths as i looked inside
creation of life, living in love
child of father, from heaven above ...

Prince of Peace,
Father of Time,
Spirit of All,
Hear my prayer...
At times, my heart is thickened
By the worries of the day ...

Tranquility is born in the morning's quiet
Comfortable solitude, sweet peace
Dream's murmurings fade as light melts the fog
Step easily, softly, soundlessly into the world
Quiet fades more hastily than the dream departed
Rushing forth into the caustic, chaotic, clamor ...

my joy will not be contained
set free, no longer chained
my love cannot be restrained
trusting all, grace obtained
seeking light, child trained
fire tempers, healing attained ...

i looked in your eyes today
and saw the holiness in you
overwhelming feelings overtook me
good feelings; joy, bliss, love
but overwhelming nonetheless
what if god were really inside each of us? ...

A bell rings in the distance
Seeks to end the holy trance
Learn the song of existence
Rejoice and enjoy the dance
Leisure thought sows romance
Free the world's insistence ...

drifting sand of my heart
shaped by the winds of time
molded by crashing waves
caressed by waving grasses
destruction, creation
death leads to birth ...

deepening ripples
touch the heart of embrace
burning embers
morning's holy grace
fearful widow
hesitant to show your face ...

is this all there is?
i tasted joy, i felt delight
but you took it away, left me in plight
i believe that you love me; i hold that tight
but the feelings of sadness obscure my sight
please ...

faith is strongest in the dawn
when the bloom is fresh with dew
bare feet enjoy the walk with you
glide easily across the lawn
a pebble intersects their path
and steps become more ginger ...

All I need do is
Need my God more to
Grow in love and
End the strife that
Repeats in my anger

Lone wolf wanders the plain,
Scavenging for scraps of food.
The food is in the wood;
He remembers the time when this truth was his.
And yet, he wanders each day
In the desolate realm of scarcity; ...

i looked inside her heart
and saw nothing but compassion
i wept at the beauty of her perfect love
but i wept more at the certainty
that her time had come
and my angel was born

a raccoon and a chicken
were dancing in the alley
under the dim and dirty light
of the intersecting street
it startled me to see
the smile on the face of the shrewd raccoon ...

he was greeted with a holy embrace
having entered through the third gate
the separation of the ages was lost
oneness with creator, savior, spirit

leap!
fly!
love...
flow.
wake up, dear daughter
sparrow sings for you ...

Wondrous feeling
Beauteous way
We sing our new song
to You, this day
In You, we rejoice
In Jesus, we pray ...

closing eyes, sucking in a deep breath, grasp the moment
rest for an eternity, lasts but half of an instant
and i lift my foot, and immovable thoughts move
beating heart, rustling leaves, shuffling foot
and i stop....
time pushes haltingly as thoughts find rest ...

they were frightened and alone
scurrying to find a place in the dark
and they happened upon each other
and shared their fears
and found a common bond
and sensed that that bond was love ...

a channel, a medium, a conduit, a method
stream that allows his love to be shared
love overflowing the banks
open the floodgates of my soul
let the living waters flow through
let me be the river of my brother's love

If i were feeling lost and afraid...
If i were sensing dread and fear...
If i were wandering alone in the fog...
How would i find the courage to reach out?
If you were wanting to just sit and pout...
If you were running, tail chasing the dog... ...

chipmunks skitter on coals of hot red
screaming silence fills them with dread
ancient iguana looks on as he grins
insanity's gate, where your hell begins
'come one, come all' beckons the shrew
dark wrinkles of time, seems we once knew ...

Dancing the jubilant dance of joyous bliss
Fullness of love, perfect peace, tender hope
Our hearts grew wings and floated on clouds
Minds free of fear, shame, loss, and despair
In the turbulent midst of abounding calm
In the time between our breaths, in and out ...
