Nudges the quiet mind;
Gently she allows the birds’ song to begin. ...

Alone on this white bench
Painted smooth over many seasons
Watching so many passing lives
Overhearing pieces of each of them
Two benches over
A mother cleans the feet ...

gorgeous, lovely
wonderful woman of mine
kind and gentle
perfect gift, divine
touching my soul
and holding my hand ...

refreshing cool of the rain on a warm summer day
lemon drops
the rainbow that fills the bright sky
and the purr of a kitten
these delightful things don’t begin to compare
to the way I feel ...

Such drama and chaos
You drive me insane
You tell me you need me
That true love can’t wane
But then in an instant
Your eyes fill with rage ...

Chaotic dreams of the psychotic darkness
spill into this bright and beautiful new day.

Closing my eyes and taking a deep breath,
Exhaling and letting all cares dissipate,
I hear my heart’s answer to the questions -
These questions of a clear and calm mind.

day of vacation
Mid-morning in the
rest of the world
Numbers steadily
increasing ...

A season of moments
A series of seasons
Two lives, now one
Yesterday and today, joining
A hundred restaurants
Five hundred dinners ...

Insane meanderings
Always nagging at this unstilled mind
Crazed moments
In the closet of dark thoughts
So many moments
Leading up to this morning ...

I am weary from
a life unfulfilled
Forever tiring of
sorrow and chill
Take me, oh God
to the place of your light ...

Seeking bliss
Bliss, we find
Seek the light
Receive divine
Seeking sorrow
Sorrow is found ...

Black, black, black, black
The only colors I see
Until I close my eyes
Replay that last interaction
The final scene
Each day the bright reds ...

Surrender is more than a feeling
Honor is more than a goal
Choosing a life of conviction
Offering all of one’s soul
Salvation’s gifts lie in humility
Serving all children in love ...

Promises offered to God
Made with the heart and a pen
Given in fervent prayer
The power of God in amen
To place God always first
To love Him with all that I’ll be ...

Of eternal and perfect life, both

Awesomely powerful display
God’s power moves the earth ...

Subtle, soft, wandering lines
Move me instantly to a place of longing
Breath catches in my chest
As the sight of you enters my mind
Stark, loving, responsive, alive
I see the wanting in your warm brown eyes ...

Silent breezes from a
    quiet heart flow
Birds’ pleasant chatter
    fills the restless air
In an instant, transfixed
    to the love that we know ...

Quiet soul floating along
Sea of quiet and tranquil rest
Riding the waves of foreverness
Finding old peace and new happiness
Startled by the suddenness
Jostled awake by the rising tide ...

Surrender it all
Find new life after defeat
Awaken to Love

Searching for love
Grasping for peace
Clinging to fear
Needing release
Gratitude lost
Suffering found ...

If peace and harmony
Are truly the aim
We must be willing
To discard the same
Climb the ladder
Higher each day ...

From the colors of the storm
In the call of the morning crow
Out of the soaring flight of eagles
There is found the glory of God
In the wondering look of the child
From the taste of strong, bitter tea ...

The candle sits in
the center of the broad
table.
She lights the flame,
smells the nagging sulfur.

The whole world is changed
In the perfect peace of God
Live now in His Love

Lead me back home
Your Spirit lives in me
Return me to grace
Your word, it sets me free
Rising yet again
Perfection in this time ...

Made perfect and true
Surrendering all
Being made new
Short of the mark
Set in the Law ...

Water ever flowing
Shimmering in the light
Ancient gift of knowing
Streams of perfect sight
Feel the rippling breeze
Taste the flowing air ...

Looking at the possibilities of today
Perspectives float before the mind
Each new choice spurns yet another
All leading to the same destined end
Tomorrow’s perfection is assured
In the mind of a hopeful dreamer ...

Joy in this bold evening
Fire from the skies
Burning lovers’ embers
Heavenly surprise
Touched by passion’s hand
Meld into the dark ...

Basking in the bright morning sun
Warmed in the beauteous Love of God
Perfection in this moment of simplicity
Alive in the wonders of today
Graciously persisting
Gratefully existing ...

In the merging of peaceful wills
An optimal destiny moves through the great circle
Life finds the true nature of miraculous love
Heaven finds its way home to the present surroundings
Every difference between the noble will and the free will
Creates disturbance in the holy flow of miracles ...

The power was out last night;
Internet Is still down this morning;
A bit disconnected from the world,
I am unshaven and alone at my desk.
Looking out the windows I face,
The leaves that blew from the trees ...

A mother's true love
Wonderful gift
From heaven above
Offering all
That you have inside ...

From inside a heart
Filled with great love
Joined from the start
Touch from above
Grew from the love

Forever we’ll be
Mother and son
Loving and true
Never undone
Grateful to you
Always my mom ...

Deeper into You!
I beg you, Lord, for more!
Release my fears and judgments.
Your peace, now please, restore.

Swimming across divinity’s quiet stream
Leaving the shore’s earthen solid dream
Drenched in the waters of ever-growing life
Journey of the fallen, departing from strife
Sorrows fade from conscious view
From the swimmers in the waters blue ...

As I glide slowly through the garden of exotic blooms
Overwhelmed in the glory of odiferous beauty
I feel deeply the fragrance, divine and warm
Of your nectar – emblazoned and passionately flowing
To live in the essence of your kind and warm touch
Whilst traversing the hot coals of glowing tranquility ...

Confusion is seeded
In thoughts that impede
The flowing of knowledge
A tall growing weed
Lost and alone
Illusions of loss ...
