Brilliant new light, filling the room
Hope is alive, bright summer day
Every new thought, making the way
So many gifts, heart can't consume
Plans of the past; shall they resume?
Make time to stop, consider and pray ...

choices
turnstiles
glances from a friend
swaying
dancing
days that never end ...

i will find romance when i choose to look for a friend
i will find a friend when i choose to let go of self
i will find self when i choose to trust God
i will trust God when i choose to surrender
i will surrender when i've had enough pain

you are my refreshment
you are light
you are love
and you are loved
you are a beautiful daughter of god
i see only light in your eyes ...

turning left, turning right
school of synchronicity
ripples of light bounce off the currents
bubbles rise toward the forbidden place above
and high upon the rock
that juts into the dry place ...

Over the hump
Around the bend
Open the window
Wave at a friend
Crank up the tunes
Revel in the noise ...

Three names I am called
Irish and German
With some Cherokee involved
Afraid of the lonely
Dark nights when I'm blue ...

in my new teacup
he bit my lip

Darkness rises
From the cover of the will
Fear disguises
All hope and faith, until
Trust is born
Out of the deepest pain ...

Coffee black for me
Wakes the poet more quickly
Another haiku

Breathless moments new
Of a future, not to be
Sleeper gathers dust

My mind is your mind,
So we haiku together,
Words find the way home.

Precious love affair
With the inane song of blue
Insane twinkling thoughts

Sweet moth flitters by
As the candle burns brightly
So flow the seasons

Stardust fills my heart
Sprinkled by an angel friend
Sparks the hope that shines

Squawk squawk squawk squawk squawk
Rippling screams over the falls
Silently howling

Sun waits for your kiss
Gentle morning rising love
Taste your lips again

I have no clear picture of the poem I am to write today. I will ask the angels and muses to move my hands. And it is so.....
Clear waters standing
Fresh morning dew
Loss of clinging thoughts
Held of me and you
New son is arising ...

Dark, frozen ripples from the depth of the past
Seeds planted by a cruel and bitter lack of love
Finding the intersection of Hopeless and Fear
Resolve crumbles with the next uncried tear
Visited this place so many times before
But each time, effects are a bit more sure ...

Raining cats and frogs
Time to build a boat
My tent is now a castle
Surrounded by a moat
Raindrops fall in buckets
Hilltop, island remote ...

Out of the dark
There comes a strong force
Quietly pulling
Field plowed, dark horse
Working by day
Protecting by night ...

Something in me is awakened
When I taste your tender lips
Primal enlightenment
Of the ancestral form
When we are joined
The theory ends ...

Be the flower
Be the lifetime
Be the petal
Be the spring
Taste the sunshine
Taste the magic ...

Do you hear the gentle whispers?
Of my voice upon the wind?
Can you feel the waves of light?
From a sun that longs to heal?
Do you long for quiet moments?
In a field of petals blooming? ...

Living in God
Divinity pervades
Bright stars surround
Lovelessness fades
Seeing perfection
In each perfect child ...

to make you smile
my only aim
precious moments
hearts proclaim
grinning, skipping
playing, one ...

out of the dimness
a friend shines a light
inspires my art
prompts a new flight
my heart longs for you
does yours long for me? ...

darkness calling
pull of the black hole
hold of the past
lost and afraid
where am i?
where are you? ...

free to feel
free to share
free to say
i love you
free to be
free to see ...

Bird speaks in the distance
Flag waves in the wind
New smile wanders out
Greeting unmet friends
Unseen horn sounds from afar
Constant flow of fountain's streams ...

stepping out of self
look through the heart's eye
i see the deep longing
for comfort from high
reach out to you
in the still of the night ...

live, love, heal, sing, be, shine
life, kindness, power, pleasure, peace
accept that you are perfect in that you were created precisely as God intended
accept that the love you seek is only in the place that cannot be sought
in the heart of a child of God
in the heart of you ...

I dreamed about a lamb
On a bright and shiny day
Saw her from a grove
Hiding amongst the trees
I dreamed about a tree
Standing among his friends ...

warrior of light
captured by zen
sword of power
manifest word
stillness creates
divinity incarnate ...

Time stops
When you enter the room
Arriving waves
Break as they approach
Colors of love
Flow from deepest hearts ...

Believing in the stillness
Emerging summer night
Intending to live freely
Shining house of light
Take the chance to love
Fill my life with glee ...

Who are you today?
Are you what you did?
Are you who you love?
Do you follow the stars?
Where is the source of your strength?
When you rose from bed, were you awake? ...

a purposeful relationship:
serves all involved... there exists parity and equillibrium in the aspect of service. i serve you, your higher self, and you serve me. we both, in these actions, serve god.
is based on truth... there is no need of hiding when there is only truth. the perception of the need for walls of protection is minimized. i expose my heart, fully, honestly, and you expose yours.
produces good... the actions of each of us, both jointly and separately, are the manifestation of the love we share. all good is from god, thus, the wellspring of the good we produce and share is god.
serves the world... god's will is for all children to come home. our greatest purpose, therefore, is to lead others home to divinity. the light we share with each other shines forth on the earth.
is pleasant... when we serve god and others, fulfilling god's will, we find the gift of peace. this calm peace is a pleasant place to abide. as a cool breeze, this peace brings calm contentment. ...

but, i am unlovable....

Knowing the light
I walk in God
Choosing the plight
God walks in me
Compassion: to desire to see, feel, share, bear the pain... a precursor to healing.

tears of blood
sacred journey
pierce my heart
feel the burning
hell on earth
perfect drama ...

resurrected
life takes flight from death
kill me slowly
gulping one last breath
grace arisen
break the chains that bound ...
