See the Dream

The blessings seen about
Overwhelm and move me
The Creator within
Kind, giving and free

Force of all grace
Within the contrite
Heaven’s perfection
Known to your sight

All that we see
Divine and profane
Big mind or small
Sound or insane

Take it all in
Feel the great dreams
Nothing you are
Is what it seems

Fleeing Thoughts

Set newly adrift
In a sea without end
Thoughts flowing free
In the ripples, transcend

Good has no meaning
Nor, likewise, bad
See the truth in the thoughts
Let go what you had

Choose to see now
Thoughts and feelings flee
Manifest the dream
Climb the highest tree

Thoughts disappear
Flow into the dark
Divinity remains
Warm, loving and stark

Choose to believe
Way will be shown
Open your mind
Nothing left unknown

meaningless child

all that i see
meaningless and gray
chose to dismiss
truths known this day

nothingness abounds
colors run wild
tears left uncried
by a meaningless child

releasing to God
all that I know
remembering only
soon, truth, He’ll show

Brilliance

Brilliant new hues, shining and bold
Creation’s old song, felt to the bone
Enter the moment, for ages foretold
Leap into all; find solace; be alone

Floating along infinity’s cloud
Open the mind; wake from your sleep
Accept the great gifts, holy endowed
Dive into nothingness; swim in the deep

Find a moment of rest, great calm within
Breathe in old love; breathe out new peace
Secret again told, surrender to win
Let go of the need; dare to release

Brilliant new peace, both new and old
Timelessness finds the quiet lost soul
Warmth from within, step out of the cold
Divine heart of God, be forever whole

Prayer of Contrition

Dear God,

At your feet, I tremble. To you, I bow in contrition. You are my Lord and my God and my forever Source of peace. I ask you to humble me, to make me small, to crush all that remains in me. Please. Take me. Humble me. Accept me.

My strength is only in you, dear Father. Without you, I am nothing. Strip from me all thoughts of fear and unbelief. Help me to know at my deepest core that we are One.

It seems the more I grow in you, the weaker I become, Lord. I accept my weakness and ask for more weakness. Destroy my illusions and delusions of power in my utter human weakness.

Forgive me, Father. Though I am unworthy, I ask for the healing presence of your grace. Mold me to the perfection you desire me to be.

I love you.

Amen
