let it rise

out of the great depths
phoenix rises with the tide
dancing on the rhythmic smoke
enjoying a lifetime’s ride

living in the moment
sun shines deep within
dance the dance of joy
released from sorrow’s din

take a breath of life
enjoy each moment true
live in jubilation
and let it rise through you

Quiet Rage

Quiet smoldering anger
Inferring all that blooms
Growing in ferocity
Sacred fire consumes

Dark place underground
Seed of quiet rage
Insanity fuels the ire
Inflames the rising sage

Soul at your command
Heal the place within
Wake the sleeping mind
Dance of lasting din

Fractured Whole

I am the ancient sage
Watching the weeping child
And the child is me as well
Observed by the fractured whole

I love you
I hate you
I am wandering and afraid

Giggling
Wailing
Peace both flows and wanes

Transcended the ego
Merged with Creative Will
Emotions lost for a moment
Duality remaining still

Finding the perfect place
Where I and I are one
Sacred bonded wholeness
Forever in the Son

Walking on in nowness
Observing the peace within
Feelings explode in glory
Ending the days of din

Where this path will lead me
Time can only tell
Intent and Will join hands
Fly where angels dwell

Multitude

A multitude of voices
Singing at once
What a wonderful sound
Bold song to the ear

Replacing the din
Drowning the noise
Synchronous songs
Bright birds flying high

Hopeful white mystery
Flew from the tree
Song travels on
From God’s mind to me

Red

Red upon my face
Anger dwells within
Loving can replace
Quiets forever din
